We would like you to meet the newest member of the Goldleaf Surety Services team, Erika Zachman. Erika is a Montevideo native. She and her husband Phil do not have any children yet, but they do have a very spoiled Springer Spaniel, Mikko. Mikko was even in Erika and Phil’s wedding. In her free time, Erika enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, gardening, taking Mikko for walks/runs, and spending time with her husband, friends and family, especially her niece and nephews. One interesting fact to know about Erika is that she loves to cook. She will spend hours looking for new recipes to try. Her newest recipe endeavor is soups. She has found some 30 or more soup recipes and is going to try to make a new soup each week until she’s made them all. A great winter hobby in the frozen north!
