Goldleaf Surety will be hosting a Construction Law Seminar on Tuesday, March 24. This seminar is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 4351 17th Avenue in Fargo, North Dakota. The seminar will begin with registration at 7:30 am and will end with a free lunch at 12:30 pm.
This year’s keynote speaker will be attorney Aaron Dean with the Moss & Barnett law firm out of Minneapolis. Mr. Dean will discuss current issues dealing with contract clauses, contract law, and contract litigation.
