We are so excited to announce that our Commercial Underwriting Team has grown!
Please help us in welcoming the newest member of the Goldleaf team, Melissa Jones. Melissa will be serving as our Commercial Underwriting Assistant, which will include underwriting new bond requests, submitting bonds to surety companies, obtaining appropriate documentation, and assisting with bond production. Melissa prides herself on her ability to provide quick and efficient services while offering top notch customer services to the clients and agents she works with.
Our Commercial Bond Manager, Kristi Enevoldsen, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Melissa to the Goldleaf team as our new Commercial Underwriting Assistant! Melissa joins us with a strong background in customer service and administrative support, bringing with her a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping clients. Prior to joining Goldleaf, Melissa was a district manager for 6 wellness spas in California. Melissa was highly successful at growing these wellness spas to new levels of success under her management. While Melissa did spend the last 25 years in California, she grew up in rural Minnesota. In her spare time, Melissa loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys photography, concerts with her husband, game nights with family and friends and spending time with her beloved dog, Harley.
