This week, we wanted to shine a light on our document production manager, Cara Olson. Cara has worked part-time for Goldleaf for the past 2 years, but has recently transitioned to full-time.
A little bit about Cara – Cara was born and raised in Montevideo. After graduation, she went on to college for medical transcription and to become a dental assistant. Cara now has two children, Bryce and Kendra. And in her spare time, you can find her shopping, spending time with family, and designing kitchens.
We are so proud of Cara as she has adjusted to this new role seamlessly. When talking with Goldleaf’s vice-president, Brenda Risa, she described Cara as proactive and consistent. Brenda went on to say, “If I give her a task to complete, I know it’s going to get done. I don’t have to follow up multiple times”. It is that hard work and dedication that we appreciate the most.
