This client is newer to us and had not worked with Goldleaf before, and they contacted us for a bid that was due in two days. Not only did Braden step up to make sure the bond application and supporting documents were processed quickly yet thoroughly, but he even exchanged emails with me after hours and offered to meet the client to provide the required original bond so she could get the bid submitted in time.
