Aaron is a frequent speaker to Construction Industry Trade Groups on construction issues. His practice focuses on all areas of the construction industry, and his clients include contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, design professionals and lenders.
Topics at this year’s Contractor Seminar included:
- Contractor Payment Remedies
- How Contractors Go Out of Business
- Minnesota’s New Indemnity Statute
- OSHA Citations and Responding to OSHA
Aaron Dean has presented at several of Goldleaf Surety’s Contractor Seminars in the past, and his knowledge and insight into construction contracts is always well received by attendees. This year’s presentation was no exception.
One attendee stated “It was very informative and I believe I have gained some valuable tools that will help us not only protect ourselves but increase our bottom line. Mr. Dean was very well versed and gave a great program backed by his experiences in the industry.”
Another attendee had this evaluation of the seminar, “It was an intriguing presentation that was both very informative and reassuring to know our processes in place are in line and also what improvements can be encouraged. We would be interested in attending more conferences…”
Goldleaf Surety would like to thank Aaron for another excellent presentation! We would also like to thank our contractors who took time from their busy schedules to attend the seminar this year!
